Spread (blended butter) has soft consistency; it does not harden, even in the refrigerator, spreadable, melted in a pan, but does not burn as oil. Spreads are ideal for hot and cold sandwiches, baking, frying, additives to the porridge and side dishes.

It has balanced composition: except for milk fat it includes high-quality vegetable oils that are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid. The content of vegetable fat causes reduced cholesterol content in the product.


Advantages over butter:

⋅ balanced fatty acid composition;
⋅ absence or low cholesterol;
⋅ possibility of reducing caloric;
⋅ can be enriched with some functional ingredients;
⋅ does not harden at refrigerator temperature +4… +6 °С.

Differences from soft margarine:

⋅ minimum content of fatty phase of 39 % (20 % in margarines);
⋅ elimination of animal fats;
⋅ controlled via the content of milk fat;
⋅ controlled via the amount of linoleic acid.

Packaging: bricks up to 1 kgs, monolith boxes of 5/10/20 or 25 kgs

Storage: Store in a dry, clean warehouse or in refrigerators at a relative humidity level of not more than 80% with constant air circulation: at temperatures from +15 ° C to -18 ° C inclusive.
