1. Not more than 24 months at a temperature not higher than -22 ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 95%.

2. Not more than 12 months at a temperature not higher than -18 ± 1 ° C and a relative humidity of 95%.

Packaging. Polyethylene or paper bags with net weight not exceeding 25 kg. Possible another type of packaging by agreement with the customer.

APPEARANCE

In the main mass the product is crumbly, allowed slight clumping, that can easily fall apart when pressed. Most of pieces have regular geometric shape and declared size with an insignificant deviation in size (shape). Extraneous matters are not allowed. The taste is bitter-sweet, hot, typical for given variety of onion. Extraneous tastes and odors are not allowed. The consistency is dense, pieces preserve the shape.
